Logicworks Leadership

Ken Ziegler

Ken brings 15 years of managed systems and services experience to Logicworks. Prior to his appointment to CEO in 2012, he served several roles within the company including President, COO, and CFO. Ken’s previous experience includes working in sales & business development at OVEN Digital and as a Systems Analyst at the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC). Ken earned an MBA from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, a BS in Management Information Systems from Binghamton University, and is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect.

John Cerciello

As Chief Revenue Officer, John is responsible for all revenue generating activities at Logicworks.  John brings 30 years of experience in various leadership positions in the information technology industry to Logicworks. Prior to Logicworks he was the Executive Vice President of Global Sales at Sungard Availability Services, and has lead sales and marketing teams for Comcast, AT&T and GMAC. John has an Economics degree from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Lehigh University.

Marilyn Daly

Marilyn Daly brings nearly 25 years of marketing experience working with high-growth technology companies to Logicworks, and is responsible for leading strategic positioning, branding, PR, analyst relations, partner marketing, and lead generation efforts. Marilyn graduated from Long Island University with a B.A. in Public Relations.

Dino Ewing

Dino is responsible for finance, human resources, legal and administration.  He brings over 25 years of experience to Logicworks from professional experience as a CFO of two growth companies, an investment banker and a management consultant.  Prior to Logicworks, Dino was the CFO of Reval, a treasury management SaaS company, and Healthfirst, a managed care company.  Dino received his BA in Economics from Yale University and MBA from Stanford University.

Jason McKay

Jason is responsible for leading Logicworks’ technical strategy including our software and DevOps product roadmap. In this capacity, he works directly with Logicworks’ senior engineers and developers, technology vendors and partners, and R&D team to ensure that Logicworks service offerings meet and exceed the performance, compliance, automation, and security requirements of our clients. Prior to joining Logicworks in 2005, Jason worked in technology in the Unix support trenches at Panix (Public Access Networks). Jason graduated Bard College with a Bachelor of Art and holds all five AWS associate and professional-level certifications.

Matt Sharp

Matt leads the information security function for Logicworks, and is responsible for information security governance, risk management, strategy, and architecture in both internal and client computing environments. Previously, he established and operated an enterprise risk and information security program for a multi-national, publicly traded product manufacturer with wholesale, retail, and e-commerce operations.  Matt also served for more than 10 years as a strategic advisor to CISOs of Fortune 500 and global institutions and holds the Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) credential among several others.  He received a B.S. in Computer and Electrical Engineering, emphasizing in Embedded System Design from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a MBA from Colorado State University.

Sachin Bansal
Head of Alliances

Sachin is responsible for maintaining Logicworks’ partner ecosystem of cloud platform providers, SIs, and ISVs. Sachin’s role is to identify strategic partners that help scale Logicworks sales, product, and delivery capabilities and developing the respective go to market strategies. Sachin joins the company with 14 years’ experience spanning software, managed services, and public cloud at companies like Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, and Savvis. He graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Computer Science.

Courtney Daley
VP, National Sales

Courtney is responsible for leading the national sales team at Logicworks. She brings over 20 years of sales experience to Logicworks, and was formerly the Sr. VP of Sales at Sungard Availability Services. Courtney received her BA and MS in Accounting from Cabrini University.

Paul Jacoby
SVP, Sales

Paul brings over 30 years of sales and leadership experience to Logicworks and is responsible for leading all aspects of sales, client services, and business development. Paul’s journey in the managed services sector dates back to Digex (now part of Verizon Business via their acquisition of MCI), considered by many to be the pioneer of Enterprise Managed Services, where Paul ran their global Sales and Hosting organization. In addition to Digex, Paul’s experience ranges from running public sector and commercial sales at Blue Ridge Networks to various sales management roles for MCI (now Verizon Business) and GlassHouse Technologies.  Paul graduated from Dartmouth College and holds a BA in Economics.

John Jun 
VP, Business Operations

John is responsible for our 24×7 Data Center Operations which includes staffing, procurement of equipment, and inventory management. He works closely with our technology partners and vendors to ensure consistent and rapid provisioning of Logicworks services. Prior to joining Logicworks in 1999, John worked as the Controller for the US division of Nam Yeung Industries. John attended New York University’s Stern School of Business where he studied Finance.

Michael Kipnis
VP, Customer Success

Michael is responsible for leading the cloud operations and support team at Logicworks. He brings over two decades of experience to Logicworks as a customer support executive for multiple technology organizations, including Vidyo and GigaSpaces. Michael attended Bar-Ilan University where he studied Mathematics and Computer Science.

Steven Zeller
VP, Product Marketing

Steve brings nearly 20 years of experience to Logicworks, and is responsible for our product marketing vision including go-to-market strategy and competitive intelligence. Prior to joining Logicworks in 2003, Steve managed application development for Interactive Television and Broadband Platforms at Cablevision and prior to that at News Corporation. Steve graduated from Pomona College and holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from Columbia University.
